Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Assist in building business through quality work and great customer interactions. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain sales techniques and effectively train learners. Schedule, hours, and on-call details are provided separately.
