Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a genuine approach. Identify opportunities to capitalize on work activities and follow through without being asked. Gain product knowledge through certification and effectively train learners on techniques. Execute additional duties as assigned to support store operations and increase business through quality craftsmanship.
