Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership. Take initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues without being asked.
