Guitar Technician

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly, demonstrating genuine knowledge and an encouraging approach. Perform additional duties as assigned, including following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales potential.
