Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle service issues with genuine knowledge. Build business through quality craftsmanship and customer engagement. Additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge.
