Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work as requested. Maintain store-owned gear and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers to build trust and capitalize on sales opportunities through product knowledge. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music.
