Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested while delivering a high level of craftsmanship and an excellent customer experience. Handle customer service issues directly and identify opportunities to capitalize on sales through product knowledge and certification. Train learners on techniques and product information to ensure retention. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
