Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and service gear with a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Maintain store-owned equipment as requested and handle customer service issues. Gain product knowledge through GC certification to support sales and training initiatives. Develop skills in store operations, sales, and leadership while identifying opportunities to resolve issues proactively.
