Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, including warranty repairs. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and assist in maintaining specific store inventory. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Complete additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music through exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.
