Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repairs. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Complete work through the GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques, and train learners on repair methods and product information.
