Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Assist in inventory maintenance while building business through quality work and customer engagement. Interact with customers to provide an excellent experience and handle inquiries. Additional duties as assigned.
