Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested while providing an excellent customer experience through direct interaction. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve problems or capitalize on sales. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train others on techniques and store operations.
