Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to continually build business through quality craftsmanship. Identify opportunities and issues to resolve them, taking initiative to develop knowledge in product, store operations, and sales. Gain certification through the GC program to understand products and sales techniques. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
