Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly and take initiative to identify opportunities or issues requiring resolution. Complete the GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques. Train learners on product information and repair techniques.
