Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, including warranty repairs, while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Assist in inventory maintenance and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, then effectively train learners on techniques and information. Complete additional duties as assigned, focusing on building business through quality craftsmanship and great customer interaction.
