Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality work. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work and handling customer service issues. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Additional duties as assigned. This role requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
