Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues and identifying opportunities to capitalize on business growth. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory and develop knowledge of products, sales, and leadership skills. Gain understanding of sales techniques through GC certification and effectively train learners on repair techniques and product information.
