Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service requests with a high level of craftsmanship. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory as requested. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. Base pay plus commissions are offered alongside gig leave for musicians, medical, dental, vision, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.
