Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Repair and service customer-owned instruments, perform warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear while delivering a high level of craftsmanship and customer experience. Interact with customers, connect with them to understand needs, and communicate effectively. Participate in GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques, and train learners to retain information. Additional duties as assigned.
