Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in building business through great customer service and quality work. Complete GC certification to gain product and sales knowledge. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
