Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues and handling inquiries. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to capitalize on opportunities and increase business through quality work and great customer service. Gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques through the GC certification program.
