Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers while applying craftsmanship to all instrument repairs. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required; foundational product knowledge preferred.
