Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality work and excellent customer service. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques, while also assisting in training learners.
