Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve them while developing knowledge in product, store operations, and sales. Gain certification through the GC program to understand products and sales techniques. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively. Base pay plus commissions; gig leave available for musicians.
