Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Maintain and repair customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while servicing store-owned gear as requested. Perform warranty repairs and provide maintenance on specific store inventory to build business through quality work and customer experience. Interact with customers to ensure positive interactions, handling service issues and connecting meaningfully with clients. Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, and train learners on techniques and store operations.
