Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory gear. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as needed and follow through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques.
