Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and problem resolution. Execute tasks as assigned to capitalize on opportunities and resolve issues proactively. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music through quality instrument care.
