Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and ensure a positive customer experience by interacting with clients and handling service issues. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and execute additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. Base pay and commissions are offered alongside gig leave for musicians, medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
