Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling customer service issues. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to understand sales techniques and may be asked to train learners. Base pay plus commissions are offered.
