Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Build business through quality work and customer engagement, utilizing foundational product knowledge to support sales techniques. Train learners on repair techniques and product information. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable customers to experience the joy of creating music.
