Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality work and customer engagement. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain base understanding of products and sales techniques, and effectively train learners on techniques and information.
