Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work while ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will interact with customers, identify opportunities to resolve issues, and potentially train learners.
