Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality work and customer engagement. Develop product knowledge and sales techniques through the GC certification program. Train learners on repair techniques and store operations.
