Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle service issues. Develop product knowledge through GC certification to support sales and store operations. This role builds business through great customer experience and quality work. You will assist in maintaining specific store inventory and take initiative to resolve issues without being requested.
