Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing excellent customer support. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to support business growth. This role includes additional duties as assigned. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, potentially training learners on techniques. Successful candidates demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities and resolving issues independently.
