Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in building business through quality work and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain sales techniques and may be asked to train learners. Base pay plus commissions are offered, along with gig leave for musicians.
