Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and assist in building business through quality work. Take initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues without being requested.
