Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repairs. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service requests and customer service issues as assigned. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship and great customer service. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program to support sales and store operations.
