Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing excellent customer support. Assist in building business through quality work and great customer service. You will work in a creative environment focused on nurturing lifelong musicians and enabling everyone to experience the joy of creating music. This role includes opportunities for training others and developing skills in product knowledge and sales techniques.
