Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty work. Provide high-level craftsmanship on guitar repairs and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Step in to handle customer service issues and assist with store operations as requested. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and train learners on techniques and store procedures.
