Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store-owned gear. Complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and handle customer service issues as needed. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program to support sales and leadership development. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
