Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Service guitars, maintain store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Gain foundational product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in store operations, sales, and leadership. Train learners on techniques and product information.
