Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service requests and customer service issues as needed. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and great customer service. Additional duties as assigned. Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products is preferred.
