Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues while ensuring a positive experience. Gain product knowledge through GC certification to support sales techniques and assist in developing learner skills. Schedule is full-time with base pay plus commissions.
