Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as they arise. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
