Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve problems or capitalize on sales. Gain base understanding of products and sales techniques through the GC certification program. Train learners on techniques and product knowledge. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required.
