Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership. Train learners on techniques and product information.
