Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and connecting meaningfully to build trust. This role supports Guitar Center's mission of nurturing lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques, potentially training learners while developing skills in store operations and leadership.
