Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle service issues directly. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques.
