Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Provide warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a genuine, approachable demeanor. Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, then train learners on techniques and information. Execute additional duties as assigned, capitalizing on identified opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship and customer focus.
